- In the “Products” section of our website you will find the shapes and sizes
that form the basis of our range. - In the case of large quantities, we also offer the possibility of customised moulds,
taking into account the limitations of our technology, but in this case you should expect significant additional costs and lead times of several weeks for the first order
- We offer the chocolates in an elegant box, designed and produced in advance. You can also see these packages in the “Gallery” and “Products” sections of our website.
- For larger quantities, it is possible to produce a box with a custom design, but in this case you will have to pay extra costs and have a longer lead time.
- We produce the chocolates within a few days (3-10 working days) after the design is approved by the client.
- In the PRODUCTS menu, the minimum order quantity is indicated on the data sheet of each chocolate shape.
- We will discuss your requirements over the phone and together we will choose the best size and shape of chocolate to meet your needs.
- Based on the logo or design submitted in .pdf, .ai or .eps format, we will prepare a visual design of the chocolate. If you would like to have your own graphic designer design the chocolate design, we can also provide you with this option. In this case, we will provide you with the information you need to design your own design.
- Once the design has been approved, we will produce the chocolates ordered and deliver them to your premises.
- The invoice will be sent to you at the same time as the delivery.
